The following conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.

The purchase contract is made with WELOVEPAPER SL.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. For technical reasons, the images of the products may differ in color from the originals. You can add products to your shopping cart, without obligation to purchase, and add or remove any or all of them at any time using the correction help tools designed for this purpose and explained in the order process. By clicking the “place order and log out” button, you agree to a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. However, this confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. This occurs in a separate email containing a delivery confirmation or at the time of delivery of the products. If you have chosen to pay for your order in advance, you will be informed of the acceptance of your order through the order confirmation email.

In the event that the products are out of stock, unavailable or out of stock, the customer will be informed immediately. If delivery is temporarily not possible, the order will, if possible, be reserved. In the case of out-of-stock products, the customer may choose to cancel the order or sign up for a waiting list for a possible reprint or new edition.

In addition to the indicated prices of the products, shipping costs may apply, which can be found here. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, and import duties.
We only ship by mail. The collection of the merchandise is not possible.

You will pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must already be registered there or register as a new client, log in with your access data and confirm the payment. Further instructions will be given at checkout.

You can pre-order items that are scheduled to ship in the next few months.

By placing a pre-order, you will be one of the first to reserve the item.
Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product detail page and may take several months, and may arrive earlier or later than estimated.
If you use a credit card or PayPal, the full price will be deducted the same day the order is placed.
Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are available.
If a Pre-order item cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty rights apply.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product. We do not assume liability for slightly negligent breaches of insignificant contractual obligations. The above limitations of liability do not apply to attributable bodily injury, sickness or death.

We hereby declare that we are not willing or obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
